Shipping Policy
We provide free standard shipping for all orders within the US.
All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days (During holidays and promotional seasons, there may be a delay of 1-2 days) from the date the order is placed. We also offer expedited and priority shipping options for faster delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee of $1.50 per package, while priority shipping is available for an additional fee of $3.00 per package. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

1. How long does delivery take?
Your order is typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
Standard shipping takes 5 days, expedited shipping takes 3 days, and priority shipping takes 2 days.
2. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to USA (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska) only.
3. Do I need to pay for shipping?

4. How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Ubasti Pet products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. I ordered more than one item.
5. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are sometimes used, depending on the product and the availability thereof. You will receive a shipment notification email when the product is shipped..
6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.
7. What do I do if I received a different product than what I ordered?

To assist us in further investigating the issue, I kindly request that you provide some photos of the product, including the photo of the products you received, the care instruction tag (which includes the IMPA Code number) and the package label. These additional details will greatly help us in understanding and addressing the problem.
